The site includes extensive product information on Iwata airbrushes, spray guns and compressors, Medea paints and the full range of Artool offerings, along with expansive sections on resources, uses, tech support, contact information and about the company.

“Our new website is the backbone of how we will communicate with our customers now and in the future. It’s be a place where visitors from around the globe are able to find out specific information on products or just stop in and say hello,” said Will Naemura, President of Iwata-Medea. “Iwata-Medea has long stood as the company that provides the ‘best of the best’ to creative professionals worldwide. We understand the importance of information – especially real-time information available on the Internet.”

Kicked off in the fall of 2003, the site was built to revolutionize information available on the web about airbrushes and techniques through its quality, presentation and organization. “We intended for this site to showcase Iwata-Medea as the world’s premier airbrushing brand,” said Dave Waite, owner of Zookeeper, the creative services company charged with the site’s construction. “We wanted its beauty to lie in its navigational and graphical simplicity.” Zookeeper teamed with Michael Pearo, creative director of Function Digital Design, to build the 400-page website.

“Iwata-Medea is a premiere brand, and the new site reflects this – not only in the design, but in the content as well,” Pearo said. “This site is an essential resource for product information, as well as for articles on uses, tricks, tips and much more.”

The site will continue to expand in the coming weeks and months with new content that will include comprehensive how-to information and technical support. “Our primary goal for the new Iwata-Medea.com was to create and design the ultimate destination for airbrush information on the web,” said Gary Glass, Vice President of Iwata-Medea. “Iwata-Medea.com is unique because it provides a comprehensive resource of airbrush information all in one location.”
